* Discounts may not be combined.  Maximum of 1 will apply to each engagement. To qualify for any discount, 100% of fees must be prepaid with signed contact.
All fees based on prepayment in $US Dollars, inclusive of any applicable speakers bureau commission, and are net due after any local, state, or foreign taxes.
Audiotaping rights for keynotes – 50% of fee.
Videotaping rights for keynotes – 75% of fee.
All fees are subject to change.  50% of fee (non-refundable) and signed contract required to hold dates and fees.
Remaining 50% of fee required 14 days prior to event.
